Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase and if ya don't well that's alright, we'll take it back. Here's how returns work:

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns for defects are accepted year-round. Personalized products are final sale.
  • Process:
    1. Contact us at laserwoodlights@gmail.com or within the time frame to start your return.
    2. We'll email a return authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label (if eligible).
    3. Pack the item securely with the RA# and ship it back to 2601 Toledo St Bellingham WA
  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it's a defect.
  • Exchanges: Available for size/color swaps – same process as returns.
